Thanks, Drew Dellinger for lending your poetic talents to the climate cause:
Nadine, when shall we see you on You Tube?
I came across your website https://lamarguerite.wordpress.com, and would like to propose a link exchange between your site and our sites:
http://www.myrawfooddietrecipes.com and http://www.mypersonalrecipebook.com
Cherise, thanks for stopping by. Just so you know, I have a policy of featuring in my blogroll, only those sites that serve as primary sources for my blogging, and that fit within the scope of my blog, as defined in the About section.
a calm awakening, and smooth tone. the poetry of Drew Dellinger can reach the most reluctant of us.
thanks for the invitation, i must try to send an MP3 and write for you, for us.
Coincidence?
I very much enjoyed Drew’s poem. Thanks!
Also, I noticed in the paper (the NY Times) today that Allen Ginsberg’s first recorded reading of “Howl” was made on a February 14th (in that case, of 1956). According to the article, the recording can be heard at http://www.reed.edu . You may have to look closely at that site to find it. (Warning before you listen: The poem is not well-suited to the younger demographics, i.e., to children.)
Also, there’s much in the Times today about what they refer to as “EcoMoms.” Marguerite and others, I’d be very interested in your thoughts on the Times article if you happen to read it?
Cheers.
Nadine, thanks for taking the hint 🙂
Jeff, I will make sure to read the EcoMoms article. Will let you know what I think.
